Dropper – Customer Terms & Conditions
These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer”, “User”, “Consignor”, “Sender”) and Green Smart Mobility Solutions Private Limited, operating under the brand name Dropper(“Company”, “Dropper”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing, registering on, or using the Dropper mobile application, website, APIs, or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Scope of Services
Dropper operates a technology-enabled logistics and mobility platform that connects customers with independent driver partners and logistics vendors for the transportation of goods by road.
- Two-wheeler goods transport
- Three-wheeler and mini-truck transport
- Four-wheeler and truck transport
- Packers & Movers services
- Part Truck Load (PTL) services
- Enterprise logistics via API integration
Dropper acts solely as a marketplace and facilitator and does not itself own vehicles or employ drivers.
3. Acceptance & Electronic Record
These Terms form an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules. Acceptance occurs when you register, book a service, or continue using Dropper services.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the services and uninstall the Dropper application.
4. User Obligations & Representations
You represent and warrant that:
- You are legally competent to contract under Indian law
- You are the lawful owner or authorized custodian of the goods
- All information provided during booking is true and accurate
- Goods are legal, properly packaged, and declared correctly
You agree to indemnify Dropper against any losses arising from misrepresentation, illegal goods, or violation of applicable laws.
5. Modification of Terms
Dropper reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Updated Terms shall be effective upon publication on the platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
6. Pricing, Payments & Taxes
All prices are dynamic and determined at the time of booking. Charges may include:
- Base freight charges
- Distance and time-based pricing
- Waiting charges
- Load assistance fees
- Tolls, parking, and statutory levies
- Applicable GST
Customers are solely responsible for compliance with GST laws, including providing valid GSTIN and generating E-way bills wherever required.
7. Claims, Damages & Compensation
Any claim relating to loss, damage, or delay must be reported in writing within 24 hours of delivery.
7.1 Liability Limits

| Two-Wheeler Transport | ₹1,500 or declared value (whichever is lower) |
| Truck Transport | ₹5,000 or declared value (whichever is lower) |
| Packers & Movers (Single Layer) | ₹1,500 or declared value |
| Packers & Movers (Multi Layer) | ₹5,000 or declared value |
For goods exceeding the above values, customers must obtain insurance at their own cost.
8. Exclusion of Liability
Dropper shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or reputational loss.
Dropper is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, force majeure events, strikes, government restrictions, or law enforcement actions.
9. Restricted & Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited:
- Illegal or contraband goods
- Narcotics, alcohol, cigarettes
- Explosives, flammables, hazardous materials
- Cash, jewelry, securities, passports, Aadhaar
- Animals, livestock, perishable goods
Dropper follows a zero-tolerance policy and may report violations to authorities.
10. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations after driver allocation may attract cancellation fees. Eligible refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after approval.
11. Account Suspension
Dropper reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access without notice for violations, fraud, misuse, or security risks.
12. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Where COD is selected, payment must be made in full to the driver partner at delivery. Non-payment may result in account suspension or legal recovery.
13. Pure Agent & Payment Gateways
Where wallet or online payment services are used, Dropper acts as a pure agent for payment gateways. Gateway charges are passed on at actual cost.
14. Packers & Movers – Additional Terms
Packers & Movers services are provided via third-party vendors. Dropper does not guarantee packing quality beyond agreed scope. Claims must be raised within 24 hours.
15. Enterprise & API Customers
Enterprise customers using Dropper APIs are subject to these Terms in addition to any commercial agreements executed separately.
16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts of New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Disputes not resolved amicably within 30 days shall be referred to mediation under applicable Indian mediation laws.

18. Final Provisions
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain enforceable. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Dropper.
